This documentation is for Google Analytics & Quantcast Rank Plugin for Joomla. Consist of Installation Instruction, Uninstall Instruction and FAQ.

Installation Instruction

1. Just download the Plugin Click Here.
2. Go to Joomla Admin Panel.
3. Menu Bar -> Extensions -> Install / Uninstall.
4. In Upload Package File click "Browse" button.
5. Choose the Plugin Downloaded.
6. Click "Upload File & Install".
7. Now go to Menu Bar -> Extensions -> Plugin Manager.
8. Click the plugin name "Analytics for Google and Quantcast".
9. Enable the Plugin and give the Google Analytics ID or Quantcast Rank ID or Both.
10. Now the Plugin is activated.

Uninstall Instruction

1. Go to Joomla Admin panel.
2. Menu Bar -> Extensions -> Install / Uninstall.
3. Click Plugins in that page.
4. Now Check mark the Check box for "Analytics for Google and Quantcast".
5. Now Click Uninstall button.

FAQ:

1. How to get Google Analytics ID?

Ans: 1. Go to http://www.google.com/analytics/settings

2. Login Using your Google Account.

3. Click "Sign Up" button.

4. Enter your "website" url in the textbox.

5. Choose Country & Time Zone.

6. Click "Continue" button.

7. Enter your "Last Name", "First Name" & Choose "Country".

8. Click "Continue" button.

8. Check mark the checkbox as your accepting the "Terms & Condition of Google Analytics".

9. Click "Create Account" button.

10. My preference is "Single Domain" but you can choose "Multiple Subdomain" or "Multiple Domain" if necessary.

11. Click "Save and Finish" button.

12. Now you can see your domain name you have entered and you can see UA-xxxxxxxx-x

13. Copy the UA-xxxxxxxx-x and paste it in the place of Google Analytics Id in the Joomla Plugin Manager.
